Can I pause my subscription?
There is no possibility to pause. It is possible to cancel the subscription and reactivate it later, but there is no possibility to refund the fees already paid.
Free trial requires a credit card to be provided?
No. Users can sign up for a free trial based on the conditions of the Advanced plan. Billing and payment details must be set before subscribing to a paid plan after the free trial period.
How many users can access settings of a website in Warningo?
There is no limit for the number of users that can join a website that is tracked with Warningo. Owner of the team can update billing, payment and subscription data, but team members can manage monitors, rules, and they can receive alerts or monthly reports.
Is the subscription automatically renewed?
Yes, if the renewal fee is successfully charged for the next period.
